Strategic Planning

A focused creative direction call. We review your goals, align on the content calendar, define visual themes, and finalize the shot list.

Week 2–3

Production

Our team arrives fully prepared and handles all logistics, creative direction, and on-set execution. You show up as the talent. We handle everything else.

Week 3–4

Post & Delivery

Editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery. Every asset optimized for your platforms and ready to publish, with one round of refinements included.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions before you book a call.

What happens if I need more than what's included in my package that month?
No problem. Extra shoot days or deliverables can be added to that month as an add-on at your retainer's day rate. We'll always flag it during our monthly planning call before any extra cost is added, so there are no surprises.
Can I cancel or pause before the 3-month minimum is up?
The 3-month minimum exists because the first month is mostly ramp-up: learning your brand and building the content system. Month two and three are where the consistency really pays off. After the initial 3 months, retainers move to month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel or pause.
Who owns the final videos and photos?
You get full usage rights to every final deliverable for your own marketing, social, and advertising use. Raw/unedited footage stays with AVR Media Group as part of our production archive, but final exports are yours to use however you need.
Can I switch retainer levels later?
Yes. Many clients start at Brand Presence or Brand Growth and move up as their content needs scale. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I'm not happy with a deliverable?
Every deliverable includes one round of refinements. We'll adjust pacing, color, captions, or cuts based on your notes before it's considered final.
Do you travel outside Miami?
Yes, we travel for retainer clients when a shoot calls for it. Travel costs outside of Miami-Dade are quoted separately and confirmed before the production day.
Do you handle our marketing strategy too?
No. We focus exclusively on content creation, built around the goals you bring to us. Marketing strategy, ad spend, distribution, and campaign planning stay with you and your marketing team. We're the creative production partner that brings your strategy to life on camera, not the strategy team itself.
How soon can I start?
We take on a limited number of retainer clients per quarter, so timing depends on current availability. Book your Brand Strategy Call and we'll confirm the next opening for your level.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. All retainer partnerships require a three-month minimum commitment. After the initial three months, the partnership continues month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel or pause.
Can I customize a retainer?
Yes. Every retainer can be customized based on your monthly content goals, production needs, deliverable mix, and campaign calendar.
How quickly will we receive our content?
Most content is delivered within approximately 10–15 business days after each production session, depending on the scope and volume of deliverables.
Can my content be used across multiple platforms?
Yes. Every deliverable is optimized for your platforms, including social media, your website, email marketing, ads, and recruiting, so one production day fuels every channel you use.
Do unused deliverables roll over?
Deliverables are scoped to that month's production and planning session, so they don't roll over. If your content needs shift month to month, we'll adjust the plan on your monthly call.
